NFL Record Streak Broken

It, like many of the Patriots accomplishments over the last two decades, is remarkable and unprecedented. When the 2019 Patriots finished 12-4, it marked the NFL-record 17th consecutive season that the team won 10 or more regular season games.  It surpassed the streak of 16 seasons during which the San Francisco 49ers won at least 10 regular season from 1983-1998.

The Patriots seventh loss of the 2020 season, a 24-3 defeat at the hands of the Los Angeles Rams, ruled out a 10-win campaign during what will long be remembered as the Covid-19 Season.
