Tom Brady joined the Patriots as a sixth round pick (199th overall) in the 2000 NFL Draft and went on to become the most accomplished player in NFL history. During his two decades in New England, he propelled the Patriots to six Super Bowl victories, nine AFC championships and 17 AFC East titles. He set nearly every imaginable franchise passing record to go with several NFL and playoff records. He won three league MVP awards and earned 15 Pro Bowl berths to go with five Super Bowl MVP honors. Brady completed 7,753 regular season passes for 89,214 yards and 649 touchdowns. He also won 251 games as a starting quarterback, including 35 in the playoffs while guiding 59 fourth quarter victories after being tied or trailing. He is the NFL all-time leader in wins, Pro Bowl selections, Super Bowl MVP awards, passing yards, completions, attempts and passing touchdowns. Brady is equally as accomplished in the postseason as his seven overall Super Bowl wins would attest. He holds postseason records for total appearances (seasons) with 20, wins (35), games started (48), Super Bowl appearances (10) and wins (7), completions (1,200), passing yards (13,400), passing touchdowns (88), game-winning drives (14) and fourth quarter comebacks (9). Brady became the 35th member inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame on June 12, 2024. He is the only player to have the four-year waiting period waived and is the only Patriots Hall of Famer to have an induction ceremony in a sold out Gillette Stadium.
