In May, 2002 with the Patriots fresh off their first Super Bowl win, I was lucky enough to play in the Patriots Charity Golf Event. I was in a group that included 3 of the greatest players ever – Tom Brady, Troy Brown, and, in my foursome, Adam Vinatieri. As a Patriots fan since the 1960s, it was quite a thrill for me. Along with being amazing athletes, they were great guys – very down-to-earth and friendly. I had a blast playing the round with Adam! It was a very special day.
