Moss Island by Terrie Cook

The Tom Brady-Randy Moss era was awesome to watch. I’ll never forget Moss’s touchdown catch over the Jets Derrelle Revis in Week 2 of 2010. That one-handed catch with about 1:00 to go in the half on “Revis Island” is one of my favorite plays. Revis had called Moss a “slouch” so to see Moss burn Revis with that great catch was almost poetic. My husband and I always watch the Pats at our home on Cape Cod and we host our group of loyal Patriots fans at the house. We have watched through the bad years and have enjoyed the great years. The Pats-Falcons Super Bowl (LI) will always be the best overall game to me, and again, it was watched with great friends who never gave up and enjoyed the Patriots comeback from down 28-3 late in the third quarter to win, 34-28, in overtime. Loving the Patriots is special, but loving them while making memories with great friends is more so. We will be loyal Pats fans forever.
